At the Communities for Change Conference held at Manchester Metropolitan University (Didsbury campus) on 12th September 2009 it was agreed that the various Transition groups across North West England would find it useful to work together. To that end and as a ‘quick fix’ a Facebook group Transition North West England was set up to allow those that wanted to keep in touch.
